Pamela
Dodd
Pam has been a speaker, writer, and consultant on the dynamics
of work groups for 20 years. She has consulted to clients
in energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services,
and also worked for seven years in global diversity and leadership
development at Electronic Data Systems. Pam writes about learning
organizations for Performance in Practice, a newsletter of
the American Society for Training and Development. She also
edited the 1998 booklet Pushing the Boundaries: Learning Organization
Lessons from the Field.
Pam has a B.A. in personnel administration
from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters degree in social
work from Marywood University, and a Ph.D. in organizational
psychology and social work from the University of Michigan.
Pam is a member of the American Psychological Association
and the American Sociological Association.
Doug Sundheim
Doug has been a sales and business development manager for
10 years, primarily in the telecommunications and consulting
industries. Prior to founding Clarity, he was a Business Development
Principal at Internet consulting firm Luminant Worldwide,
where he was responsible for developing new client relationships.
His clients included Sony, M&M’s, JVC, Dupont, Beck’s
Beer, and RJ Reynolds among others. For the past two years,
Doug has been an organizational development consultant and
coach, developing several programs for public workshops and
corporate clients, including Communicating for High Performance,
delivered at the American Management Association. Doug has
also worked at Silicon Graphics and Midcom Communications
in various sales and account management capacities. He is
a frequent speaker on business and organizational development
topics.
Doug has a BS in Environmental Psychology from Cornell
University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree
in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teacher’s College
at Columbia University.
